By creating a Seen account you agree to these terms.
Who can use Seen
You must be at least 18 years old. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it.
How to behave
Seen introduces you to strangers, so the rules are short and enforced:
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or slurs.
- No sexual content directed at another person, and no sexual content involving minors — ever.
- No impersonating someone else, and no photos that are not of you.
- No spam, scams, or advertising.
- No using Seen to find, follow or confront someone who does not want to be found.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report or block any person from inside the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and accounts that break these rules are removed without notice.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Meeting people
Seen only introduces you. We do not run background checks and we cannot vouch for anyone. Meeting someone from Seen is your decision and your risk — please read our safety advice in the app first.
What we do not promise
Seen is provided as is. We cannot guarantee it will find your crossings, that it will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens between you and another user.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change something significant, we will say so in the app.
